A History That Lasts

The Domaine du Salvard, built near an ancient medieval castle, is said to have been a place of justice at one time. Acquired around 1900 by Maurice Delaille , it has expanded over the generations to reach 45 hectares of vines.

Its vineyard favors Sauvignon blanc , Chardonnay , Pinot noir and Gamay , cultivated on clayey flint or siliceous loam soils with intergenerational know-how.

Its modern cellar promotes optimal winemaking and a reasoned approach to cultivation.
